Password Recovery

I used to play this game a lot, and today I decided to go back and take a look at it again. For some reason my password/Email combination were not working, so I hit the Change or Recover Password option below the Email bar, put in my email and hit recover password.
I checked my email and for some reason I did not receive the Email. I have done this multiple time with similar results.
Help?

For some reason it is giving me the change password screen for an account named 1291465089963x73, which is not my account...
Any ideas? My account name is jakebot.

Every account has it's own number. You are doing the right thing and nothing is wrong. Go ahead and change password.
