Both. It depends what stuff you're talking about.

Worlds = Not enough
Blocks = Too much
Smileys = I dont know...
Extra Features = Not enough

As silly as it sounds part of the reason I haven't gotten beta yet is because I already have too many empty worlds. So my opinion is that betas have too many worlds and too many blocks (plz give me mineral package) but probably not enough extra features. The friend list though, that seems pretty cool.
