you didnt answer why this need to public, not trying to be an **** but why?

I don't know how to explain, but I feel I needed to do it. I though no ones of EE Staff was paying me attention when I was saying about Cjmaeder and I was feeling a bit tired of it. So, I has no way to think about something and I wanted to post what really happenned with me and Cjmaeder.

And again, I don't want to fight with someone.

This whole topic is a waste of time, a single private message would've been enough already.

I agree. I do admit that Cjmaeder should be more careful (even though his messages were meant to be in a joking manner), but Amds needs to take messages in a more laidback manner. I used to act serious about everything that was said to me. I was called "nub" often and criticized as a player overall, until I treated Everybody Edits with an open and non-poignant mindset.

If Cj persists, PM him about it. If he continues, talk to one of the moderators about it (and be very serious about it).

Not sure about that. I pmed nou about cj a few weeks ago, long before this topic was made, and obviously problems are still occurring.

Keep on begging NOU to do something about Cj.

To all those people asking why this is public,

Cjmaeders actions were NOT okay. He is a game staff and should know better. His behavior should be addressed, but because he is staff If Amds simply reported him the matter would be swept under a rug. This topic was good way to call attention to an issue in a civil manner.

I don't think the staff should be calling people names, even jokingly. Because it's their job to care about the players. Amds should feel safe to play any world without having to deal with harassment. As others have said a /mute might be appropriate. But this is definitely an issue and it needs to be fixed.

I've been a bit afraid before posting this topic for some reasons. And though that no ones was going to agree with me, but I see almost all here agreed. Thanks for the support guys!

AmdS, you handled this correctly. You've PMd me about this before, I had a talk with CJ, but nothing changed, so it's only fair to make this topic. Good job signaling problems in a mature way.

I don't know exactly what happened or why it happened, but we can all agree CJ's actions were unacceptable; the staff is bound to the rules as much as any other person and of course we have to set a good example.

I'm tired of having to play police, so I'm drawing a clear line. If it happens again, he's out. I'd much prefer not having to do this because it's nice to work with CJ. I know him differently than you guys do. CJ already said he's going to stay away from the game for a bit to cool down.

Now, before you guys set up a witch hunt and try to find anything remotely "over the line" to get him out due to a personal vendetta, don't. Give him a chance to redeem himself, people make mistakes and it's only fair to give them another chance. Be mature about it.

I'm not going to apologize on behalf of CJ, if he wants to do it, it's his job not mine. My apology would be almost meaningless.

Now I hope we can put this all behind us, chill, and just enjoy the game.

for me he always were nice and clever

no need to demote good programmer only for "he is a bad guy"

First off, sorry for causing some problems in EE Staff, I think you guys was a bit busy working in anothers things about EE or living yours lifes. But I really had a feelling that I needed to post it because I was being tired about Cjmaeder doing it. Not with only me, but others of EE too. All I need to say is: Thanks for resolving this "problem" and thanks for talking with Cj. I feel better now, I feel respected. And no, I don't wanted his out from EE Staff because he is a good programmer. So I hope now everything be fine now when I'm playing the same world that Cjmaeder is in.
