I have not seen CJ doing it on my own eyes (mostly because I don't play EE actively) but from what I've read here and see here (thanks zoey2070 and amds for all the pics, makes reading this topic much more interesting ) I can tell that CJ is certainly acting wrong and I support AmdS. If a game developer is breaking the game rules or simply acting like a fool, not only it ruins the game experience for the players, it also ruins the success of the game and all of it's developers. Because if a dev bullies a player, said player will just stop playing the game because there's barely anything he can do about it.

I also saw CJMAEDER yesterday and he wanted to get kicked and bla bla bla and then some guy named "EverybodyEthan" came and CJ said that EEthan got to be mean to him

Ahlala.. Amds' usual drama topics are finally back, at one point I was thinking if he was alive.

Anyways, from what I know, Cjmaeder isn't an aggressive person, personally I've never seen him 'abusing'.
You feel harassed? Good for you, get over it and move on, as you said you said yourself, you're not a kid anymore.

I don't even understand the point of this topic, you're not the one deciding if CJMaeder will get demoted or not, we are all powerless toward this situation.

This whole topic is a waste of time, a single private message would've been enough already.

What is so hard to understand here? When people are in a position of authority, even though this isn't a real position OR a real authority, they can't say whatever they want. Sorry if people dont like that.

I think this topic is ok, even though it brought to our attention what a lot of people already knew. That the staff can be immature and sometimes rude, probably as a result of being younger (with this staff its like two extremes, they're either hyper immature or intensely 'mature' to the point of standoffish-ness; there's no middle ground).

A good rule of thumb is just be nice and dont make fun of people if you're an "authority" figure. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO DEPRESSION

From AmdS point of view is clearly that Mr. Junior Developer CJMAEDER have broke moral rules.
But its a bit unfair to listen the story from just one side.

I think we all want to listen a declaration from General Manager(NOU) for this trial.

You mute the developer that harasses you. Then what? There are tons and tons of kids that will look up to that developer just because they want to get his attention and sympathy (or whatever? yep, that's why cjmaeder deleted his post that completely ignored the entirety AMDs's point and only said 'we were never friends' and some other stuff that practically proved AMDs' point

I remember once CJMAEDER said "You should be banned for having such a spam name" and I said "no" and he said "I'm going to ban you." Then I said "I been playing for years" and he stopped talking. I felt like he really was going to ban me

I agree. I do admit that Cjmaeder should be more careful (even though his messages were meant to be in a joking manner), but Amds needs to take messages in a more laidback manner. I used to act serious about everything that was said to me. I was called "nub" often and criticized as a player overall, until I treated Everybody Edits with an open and non-poignant mindset.

If Cj persists, PM him about it. If he continues, talk to one of the moderators about it (and be very serious about it).

Not sure about that. I pmed nou about cj a few weeks ago, long before this topic was made, and obviously problems are still occurring.

After CJMAEDER punishment will be announced this topic deserves a summary on the Official Blog.
This will encourage players to report the abuse of the staff.
After all there should be a friendly and open relation between us.

ok seriously going back to what ipwner said about how this doesnt need to be public, they are right. you couldve directly connected a lot of the ee admins and you decided to post it on the forums instead so everyone can witch-hunt cjmaeder. not cool.

How I said, I asked Cjmaeder to stop in EE but he didn't. And this was not only 1 time, but more than 4. Then I PMed Nou about that and he just said "I'll talk to CJ". So, I had a feelling that this won't will solve anything. So I called with zoey a long time ago about it and we started to complain about that. There was great results that you can see in Zoey's posts. She showed our conversation, check it. And I already have apologize with Processor for causing problems to EE Staff.

Here is a bit of our conversation (I asked him if I could post, of course):
