High-Gravity Effect
We have a low gravity, so why not a high? It makes you fall faster than normal, giving it a lot of potential!

Zombie effect doesnt make you fall faster (I just tested it)
This effect could be fun to work with, I support.

High gravity =/= low jump

there should just be an option to change how much gravity is put on/removed in the low-gravity effect, and if it's high gravity the effect has it's graphics replaced with this

That's a really good idea! The name of the effect would also be changed to just "Gravity" effect.
