I honestly don't think we need another mod for awhile now because we have Peter who joined just recently and I know he's inactive but he has a good reason to be inactive. If anyone of you guys don't know why Peter is inactive it is because he is off at college and doing his studies. I'm guessing well have Peter back in 2 months for the minimum amount of time to wait and 5 or 6 months for the maximum wait...maybe even longer. :/

You say he has a good reason but really, if you are aware you will be needed to help out on the game regularly then why take the job. Don't say he wasn't aware college would occur. But this is what we don't need in an ingame admin, someone who is constantly busy studying, working, college whatever... Yes they need to fit ee into there lives and around obstacles like work ect... But I always was under impression chris hired game developers to help out on the game. So this meaning wouldn't ee be part of their work? I also thought (from a previous topic concerning s-beam I made) I found a rumor s-beam wasn't working for chris anymore anyway o.O.

And if we are talking about forum mods, I personally don't think we are in need of a new one. I Personally don't think moderation is really a hard skill to master. 'go through reports, issue warnings'. But don't get me wrong the moderation team do great. I guess what the admins look for in a new mod is someone who is mature and knows the rules inside out aswell as fully understanding them.

I think that most people are misunderstanding the job of a moderator. The job of a forum moderator is not to make graphics, build bots, or be an overall good player.

A moderator should be one who possess leadership qualities and understands how to both properly mediate situations, and take care of hackers and spammers.

Personally I don't think we need a new moderator. Why?

1. Forum mods are in-active

Do they need to be active? It's not as if the forums are gonna collapse because someones not moderating for 2 seconds. This is a dying forum and it's probably not going to get any better.

2. The moderators aren't doing their job

Well that's where people are wrong, because they moderators do, do their job. Do you just expect them to be on every second of the day to solve peoples issues? No. But when they do come on they moderate the forums to the best of the abilities.

And anyways we already have 4 moderators and 6 administrators. I think that should be plenty enough.

I would say someone who is properly mature, which I might say only 1-2 people who actually replied to this are.

If you are one of those people who must create an debate on every topic, or your under 16, or perhaps 18, you are not READY to become an moderator.

Even I think some of the forum moderators here don't deserve to be moderators as I seen people banned with out a warning, with out any bad intentions.

Just power abusing ones.

I won't say who, because then i'd start and debate, and that would eventually get me banned anyways.

Am I good for mod? Hell no.

I make so many mistakes it isn't even funny.

Why would a GOOD graphic designer need to be a moderator?
We need an DEDICATED person who is experienced in this stuff that doesn't suck.

Well, not saying any of our mods are sucking, I am just saying our current hold of material.

I'm not sure if this was right or not but I think I remember people saying RPG2K was just a player who was making graphics eventually getting hired by Chris, maybe it'll happen again.
Also if there was to be a new Forum Mod, They would need to have the maturity to do said job.

A: No, there are already 7 mods and that is all we need. 4 secret and 3 public.

Why do you think that? Chris personally knows all the current mods. Chris knows none of us. Chris would go find more of his friends, not pick some people he doesn't know. Heck, he might not even get a new mod. We have had the same number of mods since the beginning of the mods.

I think chris better can get some tools into the game. Before deciding to take more mods.
Cuz there is so much missing in this game. With just some simple updates you can make the game so much better.

So I dont think is usefull to get more mods. Becouse there is like I see not much changing on this game with that.
So why would it help if there where more mods?

And yes I know most of the work is without getting payed.                                                                                                                           But I should try to think about what ee would be about a year.
Or will ee just be death?

Becouse I just got into a level today, and I just see someone was making p*** pictures with a bot.
Is that what ee is all about?

So my conclusion is to make the game better. Instead of make more things into it.
It will only make it worse.
