I don't have them somebody tell me how?
They look like sparkels coming off it.
[SOLVED] turn on particles or somthin. anyway I got this

You have particles disabled in the options menu. If you want it, go into options in the lobby and enable it.

Edit: I'm an idiot. That's what I get for being incredibly tired.

Click the gear on the top of the lobby. Click Enable Particles, it's the second to last option in the first box.
