okay one of my crew (my crew is CHICKEN NUGGETS) members bought the change colour scheme for my crew (I'm the crew owner) and well I can't change the colours and the item is also not in the shop in my point of view so I'm positive that someone bought it can anyone help?

Same issue here in Kong client, though I own the crew, I couldn't find any option to buy color change.

You people do realise that the colour change option you buy in the shop is a one time only? Once you press confirm you can't change it again until you re-buy it. It normally doesn't appear again straight away, wait a day or so and it will be there again.
