A program to create levels offline

I always have a problem with internet, but i still want to create ee levels everywhere.
So I fink tha creative person who transports his laptop to anyplace ( even to offline place ) would want to create levels even in a car ^.^ .
Then you could just add it to everybody edits .

Its my First time to see an online Platform that go to offline platform it may be cause of many bugs and hard codes then

I know what you say just 20%. But I guest it would be an another program witch talks together with EE program. I fink it would be big jump to everybody edits like adding everybody edits to smartphone.

Try EE Animator or EE Editor after you are done you can save the level in your pc and upload it in game later

But you still need internet during all process!

Yeah but if you have EE Editor you can just ''Build'' offline and ''paste'' it in your level offline.
