Voice auditions open! Say "And the _____ prize goes to...______!"

Yep. The EE Awards. Great idea I know. So, how does it work? Simple. There are several awards to give out, but first you have to nominate some for the awards. All nominations will be in the final poll. In the final poll, whichever nominee gets the most votes will win the award from that category. For instance, if a level wins "Best Level", the award will be given to the maker (or makers) of the level. They will be awarded with a +1 rep, a trophy, and bragging rights. The final results will be in a video, which is the awards show. But before we do that, we need to get some other things done...

As you can imagine, we need resources for this project. A lot of them. Anyone who helps out will be in the credits of the video. Here are some of the things we need:

-Host (The host of awards show, must have microphone)
-Awards maker (Makes the images of the awards to give to the winners)
-Promotion help (Promotes the event in appropriate places)
-"I Support" banner maker (Makes a small banner to go in people's sigs saying "I support the EE Awards)
-Job ideas (Ideas for things we'll need)
-More coming soon!

I think one job should be judging good levels that deserve rewards, if you use that I'd be glad to be one of them

Well, actually, there's going to be a poll, so that the community can decide. I want this to be like a real awards show.

I made a logo-sign thing to put in signatures, I know it's not very good but it could be temporary, until a better one is made.

Must have a microphone? Is this going to be some youtube video announcing the winners? Just list the nominees here.

Yes, there is going to be a YouTube video announcing the winners. I will also put the winners here, though in a spoiler alert. It's going to be like an actual awards show, but with smiley faces.

Well, thats a good idea, but how will you judge the levels? Art? Minis? Difficulty? Overall effect?
Fun? You don't need a microphone even on Youtube, you just have to be very near the..... microphone, right? lol

There will be different categories. The greatest awards will be "Crew Of The Year", best levels, most productive crew, "User Of The Year", again, levels, productivity, and "Level Of The Year", the most enjoyable, well-made, experience, if you will. Still, this is all in the planning stages.

Hey, well, getting a head start. I suppose it could more be something that encompasses the later part of last year, and the earlier part of the next.

I could pretty much do all of those things that need done.
I'm pretty good at advertising, I think, and I can make images and stuff (like my signature... but bad example) and I have a gamer's headset that works pretty well.

I think these can be the temporary trophies for now since they are too big to fit in some sigs. And these awards are from my mind, sorry

The Champion Trophy!

The 1st Runner-Up

2nd Runner-Up

3rd Runner-Up

Runner-Ups (Maximum of 5? Multiple groups can have this trophy)

The Colorful Award(lol, this randomly popped outta my mind)! For now I can't decide what will this award do...

SPECIAL The Diamond Award. (Not for the levels that have diamond in them) The Host and the Staff will choose the level that will win this award.

It's time to replace the temporary signature. I don't think anyone would have a signature like that to support the Awards, so i made a better one.

s1mple, i liked your awards, but it's hard to read since the text is same color as the bricks behind it in most awards. Here are the three templates i made for golden, silver and bronze awards.

You can still participate. Read the OP, they also get +1 rep and bragging rights.

@Kanibal Yeah, I think that would work a little better. I think a big room displaying all the trophies would be cool too, when the awards are done.

I dont believe they will be trolled.
By trolled do you mean like a world being trolled or just no one volunteers? I think that this awards thing is going well and we have a decent amount of helpers working on it so it will probably work out. Sadly though last time I tried to design a contest it didn't work out. That was mainly because I posted it in the wrong topic and I assumed I was the only one to work on it, also my prize was just the fame that you won. Bad idea on my part. I believe that this wont be as chaotic as you think though.
