I was mistaken:
- once for some added up warnings (1 hour ban)
- once because I was a guardian
- again because I was a guardian and for evading the first ban
- once on fail forums (as a joke... I think)

I was messing around with IRC scripting in mIRC, didn't properly unload a script I got off the internet, and the script had a typo in it that ended up giving everybody halfop if they said ".join" in the channel. With halfop, you can ban, kick, and change the topic.
