you have to know programming language or at least learn it. Visual Basic, C#, C++, etc

C# is an object-oriented programming language based off of the .NET framework. You can make EE bots by using Player.IO's C# API, aka PlayerIOClient.dll, once added as a reference you can using it inside your program and figure out how to make it connect, chat, etc. But what does this description matter to you if you don't even know what C# IS?
