[Help] Effect Blocks
I need help to try and prevent the placement of Effect Blocks. I can't seem to figure it out. There must be a lot more than checking for what block is place then deleting it if it is "bad".

Just look for the messagetype "bc" and then check for these ids.
417 //Jump effect
418 //Fly effect
419 //Speed effect
420 //Can't die or be infected
