With programming I guess. So don't use it when you cant loadlevel

Clearlevel. Or don't place them at all. Or code your own bot that remove that id from the world.
As you can see here, http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWAEjKmUOta0I 1 block, can cause that lag. So you don't need many blocks to destroy a whole world.

but how do you add the blocks to make them invisible?
There's a certain ID to make invisible bricks. It's somewhere around the 90's.
