I've had this happen to myself. I entered the code in the wrong box, and it came up like that. Non-chats can't see what others say, though. I didn't think chats could see what non-chats say either, but I might be wrong.

if I use a non-chat accound and write something in chat,
re-join to room then I have the same result...
I think, it's a bug

bots can give guests the ability to bypass the nonchat thing..

It's probably a hacked client that they use that give them the ability to chat as a guest and they were testing it.

Sigh. Wrong wrong and wrong.

A hacked client wouldn't do much since the server is what allows messages to go through.
Even with a bot, you can be a nonchat and see people chatting, only their names though but not messages.

There is a way to be able to make you able to see what guests write, but for the sake of sanity I'm not posting it here.

that's cause I used "snipping tool" it always has a red border when I use it.
