A lot of it is spam and flamewar and stuff, but there's still some good stuff (maybe).

1. the people who suggest complete copyright infringements
2. the people who suggest random crap ee doesn't need
3. the people who suggest things that would be impossible to program

As far as I know, game devs had the rights to contact and administrator and request for a player to be forum modded for that specific forum, it's how Cyclone attained his position as kong forum mod for years (and is currently what most of us kongers wish).

Logical fallacy, it's like trying to stop spammers and trolls without using report button.
