People don't like the blocks that automatically change your smiley.

And since the cake and hologram blocks were added, the diamond is no longer special.

People who have it paid $100 for it. It will never be removed simply because of that.

Probably back when you could do the infinite items glitch for limited blocks.

Stuff like diamonds and big spenders are supposed to be rare. They don't expect a lot of people to have them, they are just a reward for supporting the game with your money.
