The thing here is: No matter how you can handle the game, no matter your contributions, no matter your jobs and skills, no matter if you're trained, no matter if you have what it takes to be a mod or guardian! The only thing that matters is your age.
Damn it, 10 people of 30-40 years old people managing a game for kids? Can even teenagers or teens help on the game development? If all depends of the age, forget it!
I'm 14 meaning that i will never be a part of the staff, even if i could help in a good way to the developers. No matter if you're not a hater or an booty-kisser, they will never select you.

To: All EE players under 21

Developers, why don't you want some teenagers to help you on the development of EE? Why must the age be the reason to be part of the staff? There are liars, there are people that want to help, and it's unfair that due to some liars, none can help, only the adults. Is there a way for these good fans to help on the game? Even with some trainings? Giving ideas and only that, will not help.

NOTE: I'm not saying that i want to help (to be honest i want to), it's just a message to all the EE people.

Everyone on the EE staff is adult. I mean that there could be some teenagers (mature enough) that could help and work on the game, too.

I know. I just said that there could be other type of people that could manage or work on the game, not only adults. I'm speaking about the help in the game development, not the staff in general.

Most of the mods/admins are confirmed right on the cusp of adulthood, between like 17 and 21. There are a few outliers. I think one 30+ guardian isn't going to harm anything, and may in fact help because he has... like, life experience.

just because there are only some 30-year-old guardians doesn't mean they are all over 21 as well

Well, in that case, it'd be weird for a group of 18-21 people adding 30+ people to the staff. I remember that JaWapa said he was 40+ in a world.

And even if all the staff were in their 20s/30s, how does that matter at all? Sure, maybe since this is a kids game more younger people would get a say in that instance, but those who are fit to be staff are the ones that are picked to be staff, and I haven't seen them doing such a bad job.

The only good thing about being part of the staff is some fame from certain users and the contribution you might add to EE occasionaly if you have some good ideas and if you know to code, etc. Anything else is just rutine and voluntary work by having to deal with all sort of problems from whiny users that are taking a LOT of time from YOUR free time and unfortunately is almost never appreciated 100% or as much as it should. At first it might be cool and all but it's nothing special at all, especially after months/years of work.

About the age, there are many many users above 20, including me, heck, today I turned 26, honestly, since I know I can't bring anything special to EE by beeing part of the staff, it would be the last thing I would want to do, join and let people down or waste time and complicate things with staff/users and their lifes. In my opinion there are quite enough users part of the staff by now, ''the more the merrier'' does not apply here, it turns them against eachother and it could ruin the awesome progress they made until now. Take my advice, is not worth it, it's not what you imagine.

Honestly I think having a guardian over 30 would be useful to the game because they would have experience in just life.
