What people are tan smileys that freeze worlds?

I know splat2012 is, and so is devan009 and master1 and his many alts.

So... whoever is tanning is horrible.

Why they would do it?
Not being able to wait a day for a perfectly average smiley to be released.
Trying to ruin the game experience for tons of people.

I have to say, USING THE CLIENT WITH TAN SMILEY IS NO ANSWER.

So...
Someone comes in the level and uses tan smiley.
Everyone is frozen.
Nonchats cannot get link to client if they don't go to forums
Some people just don't want to go to the client

Most importantly:

Which is a better answer to this problem?

The person who is causing so much distress takes a couple seconds and hand motions to change their smiley, nothing is changed, just their appearance and the fact that no one is frozen anymore.

The 30 something people in the level forced to leave the level and go to the level in the client with the tan smiley.

On Topic: I just wish the tan smiley would be released so it wont crash any more levels. Then again, the tan smiley may have changed, which will still result in a crash every time they use the old version (the one that's "out" now)

I did it once...oops. People just told me it would stop the freezing, they didn't tell me it would make other people freeze. They said that Emalton was making it freeze(I think they actually meant he started it)so I joined and kept telling him to stop, even though I was doing it too.

I won't do it again. Promise.

I doubt they know they are the ones doing it, take it easy.
