User tracking question

Is there any way to track users in EE? To see which world they are on for example?
Quite some time ago there was a bot which spawned a user in every world (i forgot name of it) where you could say "!where norwegianboy" or "!where ipwner" for example.
Is there a webpage that allows this somewhere?
I need this for completely sanitary and justifiable reasons.

Are you talking about zerk? I don't remember who the creator was, If it was krock or atilla or meredith.
You can see who is online by looking in lobby with a bot. Then make the userid to nickname.

Question-how do you make your profile settings not private? i went to edit settings, but it doesn't do anything.
