It's not exactly free. You signup on the website given and earn points. Then you can turn those points into money. Quite a long process to earn enough money to get beta. This should not be in the Bug Reports section because it is not a Bug Report. This should be moved to General Disscussion.

BenW, I did not know that because "General Discussion" is for, well, General Discussion. Bug Reports is for Bug reports, and I thought it was for normal Reports to, since there's no section for that.

Not true. General Discussion is for things happening in EE. Like a new bot has been released. (it has to do with ee)
This is not considered a bug report because it is not a bug.
