Absolutely not. I'm for sure NVD is not a fifteen year old. Mr.Shoe would not put NVD on the staff of everybody edits if he was. In fact, if he was 15 he would just be a guardian. It's obvious man. But I could be wrong. If he is 15 and a moderator for EE then he definitely acts older.

And how is that exacly a problem? The updates have been much more frequent than in mrshoe era, and also better in quality. If he's doing a good job, his age doesn't matter that much.

I don't think he is, he jokes around that he is but both Jawapa and Toop have said otherwise and I am more inclined to believe that he is joking and they are right.

I would think maturity is a better thing to base somebody's administration on than age—the most immature adult is certainly less mature than the most mature teenager.
