July Summer-Themed Contest

EXC Crew is starting a contest for the month of july, t is a summer-themed contest. what you do it make a level that is playable, fun and has good art.
(The reason the prizes are so small is because i don't have much money.)
If anyone wants to donate some gems or other prizes please PM me.

EDIT: MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED AND MY WORLDS ARE TROLLED I AM GOING TO BE VERY BUSY FOR THE NEXT LITTLE WHILE:( THE CONTEST PRIZES ARE NO MORE. THERE WILL STILL BE CHAT AND BECOME A MEMBER OF THE EXC CREW BUT NO GEMS.
PRIZES:

1st place Chat and become a member of the EXC Crew.

2nd place member of the EXC Crew.

3rd place Chat

Honorable Mentions will be posted when the contest is over!
TIMEFRAME:

11 - 18 July: Enter your teams! (Signing up your team MUST be in this forum topic)

18 - 31 July: Create your levels!

1 - 20 August Judging begins! (NOTE: This is only a window, not a definitive date for when judging ends. We expect to be done sooner. but i am going on a trip from August 1-7 so it might take longer to judge.)

SIGNING UP:

- You MUST sign up your team before 18 July, or else you will not qualify for the contest.

- Only 5 creators per team at most. You are however free to be only one creator, if you wish to do so.

- Being in more than 1 team simultaneously is NOT allowed.

BUILDING:

- The completed map MUST be Summer-themed or else it will be disqualified.

- Animated/autobuilded/imported levels will instantly be disqualified.

- Make sure that you?re making the level on a world that can be accessed by non-betas as well.

- Minimum world size must be 200 x 200 (400 x 50 wide worlds are okay since they still have quite a lot of space to work with)

- If any of the following items are included in your map, it will be disqualified to ensure that all entries are of high quality:
  *   Smilies
  *   Sprite art from other games
  *   Imported/animated art
  *   Bosses
  *   Stairs

- Levels will be assessed and judged based on these specific aspects:
  *   Quality of artwork and visuals
  *   Quality of minigames
  *   Challenge
  *   Fun factor
  *   Originality

SUGGESTIONS:
- Art and minigames should blend in seamlessly with each other. What this means is that we?d for example prefer not to see a bunch of completely black Minigame boxes surrounding a piece of beautiful art. Make them blend together!

This sounds interesting, although I would never enter since I suck at art. I can help spread word, however.

Make it 100 gems + chat for first, 100 gems for second, and 50 for third, and I'll join. I feel like the reward isn't enough to dedicate all that work and time for 30 gems. :/

No, but the greatest EE crew to ever exist is called the EX Crew.

i know i was going to use ex for the first 2 letters of excavate because i like crew better that team so i needed to do exc

you need to give me the link to   your world so that i know that it is not premade and i also need to know the name of your level and who is in it and who is the leader like this

and what if you had 4 poeple in your group then everyone would ge 7.5 and I don't think that's going to be easy to divide in 4 people.

oh so wait 30 divided by 5 would be... 6?
and what if you had 4 poeple in your group then everyone would ge 7.5 and I don't think that's going to be easy to divide in 4 people.

everyone will get a good prize and the leader will get the best
if you are the only one entering in the contest you will get more gems than if you were in a team

Ok, i have changed my mind, I am going to be working with flobalob
