Need help please answer

I need help on how to make a smiley,I really tried i just don't know how i've looked everywhere on the ee forum on youtube,google,etc i just cant find any useful information i have no clue on where to start or look i don't know what to
download i just don't know anything about making an animation i need help on getting a smiley, on what program to
download,how to do it i'm just so confused on this i see everyone doing it in seconds and i've been trying for days,so i'm
here on the ee forum asking for your help. please and thank you anything would be helpful

I have never tried making any, but you should be able to make some crap with paint.
Hit Prt Scr SysRq on teh keyboard and paste it to paint.
Zoom in to your smiley and edit it.

Profit.

I dunno, ask real graphics designers like Sleepy, Stubby and Echo.

Say 1name of smiley1 on the forum. Say if you said 1wizard.1 without the dot, it will come up as , right click the smiley you chose and click save image. Go to the folder where you saved it, right click, open with, microsoft paint. Now you can do what you want to it.

Animations eh? I suggest using Macromedia Flash CS4/5.
As for the graphics, I suggest using GraphicsGale, which specifically has functions for Pixel-Editing.

You can find the original EE Graphics within Capasha's site.

thank you very much, i'm going to download those later on, i appreciate the help, but for now on can people keep answering
everyone that answered helped me out i would need more info.

There is many paint tools that you can use to animate...
I introduce you RealWorld Paint, You can make layer, animation, 3D graphic ... Especially Pixel art.

If you want to make a simple GIF, I'd suggest for you to not use those program like flash, they only make easy stuffs more complex. I used Easy GIF Animator.
