There stand "download not avaible".
When or where can i download it?

I went to his site and this notice was pretty obvious
EE TROLL CATCHER IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD RIGHT NOW. IT IS BEING REBUILT, SO AS TO GIVE YOU A MORE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
