It doesn't mean he can edit the world directly. It means he can take content from your worlds, modify it, and publish it somewhere else. Like the blog, for example.

Yeah, doesn't mean we can edit worlds. Mods can't save worlds (except our own obviously).

So what is said "content" if he can't edit the world itself? Can he post it to twitter but with an edited minimap?
