Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I believe that account bomb registers random accounts and bombs them, rather than use existing accounts. So you can't ban them, the way to fix it is adding email confirmation when registering, or add a captcha.

Can't moderators also ban id addersses?
Ip address banning hmm, but most of our public Ip address is from our ISP. You don't wanna get affected by players in your region :\ You can get rid of bomb bots by getting a bot that auto kicks them.

This is remotely possible, but it's very, very unlikely.

What exactly is wrong with account bombs?
Unless the dude is bombing someone else's world, in which case that ain't cool.
If you do restrict account registration by IP, make it like 50/day -- no one's gonna do that manually unless they have a lot of time on their hands or are really dedicated.

There are a few ways to reduce this problem. The data that are relavent:
- if a user account has a very recent registeration date (within the last few hours) it may be malicious, especially if the accounts have a similar registeration date.
- a partial mesh network can be formed throughout EE and so users that have not participated in other levels at all or very little may be malicious. The mesh network connects all worlds together and automatically adds users to banned lists if they are malicious, in real time.
- if an abnormal amount of users join a level at once, the bot can begin to kick users that enter it.
- a user has to answer a specific question that would be difficult for a computer to answer ("what's bright, yellow, and in space") or else they are kicked within a specified time frame.

The account bomb in question is used to force alts to close a world by overloading the player cap with alts. Not even owners can enter and that's not cool.
