Interesting old glitch that was quickly fixed:

When the shop design was just changed, the castle package including chains were given to everyone for free. The diamond block was only 100 gems in the shop! The castle package with the chains was shortly put back into the shop and the diamond block became 1000 gems again.

About the diamonds: they've been still costing 1000 gems, that 0 is just a symbol which haven't been placed into the button.
