What A swell birthday I'm having.

So, today's my birthday, and my mother was going to get me some gems for Everybody Edits, cause it is my birthday... but paypal wouldn't let her buy me some gems...
This sucks...
Gems would have made a great present
I was looking forward to this for a LONG time, and it got crushed...
Can someone help me out here?

Depends. It may just be Paypal screwing with you, in which case you just need to wait for it to fix itself.

But I'm going to need to know what country you live in, as PayPal doesn't support all of them.

We live in the U.S.A.
I got the bank name correct (which is what the problem was) but it decided to deposit 2 small fees into her account, which she finds to be "complete bullsh**"

It deposits small fees into her account to make sure it's a correct bank name and not someone stealing a credit card, then you have to make it valid in some kind of a way. Google "How to create a PayPal account".

Make sure card is having an access to pay in the Internet. It should have CVV code which is situated next to signature.

Oh and, 2$ will be took from your card to confirm its your. They will be back as soon as you enter the PP CODE, which will be in your receipt.
