Some guy hacked my acc.

It said I was also logged into a world called "N***a" and my Blazing Backwoods level was renamed to "Big kn*b" I couldn't access my yahoo account, and I recieved this message from "y is i band"

I don't know what's going on here, did someone share my account? I'm confused, can someone help me?

P.S. "y is i band" is registered on the forums today.
