Contests.

So apparently, Benjaminsen confirms that there will be no contests planned at the moment.

So, are MrShoe and Benjaminsen not working together in these planned updates?

Guys, you do realise he was in thw world 2 times. First was for 2 seconds. Theh he was in there for 3 mins. I doubt he cares about EE anymore.

It might be possible that MrShoe and Benjaminsen know about the same thing, it may just be that MrShoe refers to it as a contest, or Benjaminsen did not want us to know about a potential contest. It may also be possible that Benjaminsen wanted to stage a contest without anyone knowing about it, with the use of the woot system.
If MrShoe is doing something without Benjaminsen knowing, I don't think it will end well for MrShoe, unless everyone likes the contest.

You know, I`m starting to feel that Chris was just getting too lazy and just put a random programmer as head- in other words, MrShoe. And he`s changed EE so much that the time that Chris has been doing other unrelated crap, he hasn`t been paying attention to what`s going on (as usual) MrShoe is basically doing everything and excluding all the other mods, so i wouldn`t be surprised.

'Excluding other mods' perfect way of putting it. Toby is a mod and he doesn't know anything of the upcoming updates just like any other player. Quote by Toby when we were discussing jet packs in EE: "Would be great, but I don't know what MrShoe has in plans." Or something along these lines.
It seems that MrShoe makes the whole updates himself without discussing them with any other mods. We can just wait and see I guess if there is actually even going to be a contest as Benjaminsen might not even know about it.

Starting to feel. Starting to feel. STARTING TO FEEL. Really. He's been lazy for a long time now.

He hasn't cared for so long. He had MrShoe take over. No one likes MrShoe, but compared to Chris, MrShoe is God. Before MrShoe came, Chris did next to nothing about this damned game. And he never will. I don't know his motives, but when I created a pretty popular game, I would maintain it.

Chris basically handed this game to Julian on a plate. Julian does things separately, because Chris couldn't give two cents.
