Well, if it really got "hacked" (since that term is used here soo loosely), this is why you shouldn't use the same password for different accounts. Regardless, sorry that this happened to you

Change your EE password, and if your emails been hacked, change your email password. I've been hacked 3 times before, just change your password to something like &*Y(U)NO*GIV3-ME%HAMBURGER!*&

Are you using Google's Email Service?
Google has a investigation tool that if you fill out enough information,   they'll look further into it, and normally withen a hour reply on back.
