Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

No surprise that the lobby is shrinking in players.

No, not because of woots.

It's merely because of the season.

Think of the majority of EE players, 8-13 year olds with bedtimes.

If they're in school, then of course they'll be less likely to jump online.

I'm not saying that the woot system had nothing to do with it, I'm getting a little tired of the same levels always being up.

But you have to take every possible factor into account.

Re: No surprise that the lobby is shrinking in players.

If I remember correctly, last year we had 1000-2000 players in the lobby normally at the same time of the year.
By the way, you Americans still have school in late December? That's weird for me.

Could it be guests? I don't know how ee works, but MrShoe mentioned removing guests in some way.

I'm pretty sure most americans have some sort of winter/holiday break as well, so I think we could assume that these people with 'bedtimes' (although it seems like children these days don't have that much of a bedtime, whereas i always get off the computer right at 8:30) could easily get on and play EE. I think as a whole, the players of EE have gone down.

I'm sure new users would just make an account. Unless they are too young to normally understand how it works (being 7-9?), but they would just ask their dad or something. Every game dies after a while, and IMO that's why the lobby is dying.

Anyway, I have vacation in both summer and winter :>

I, for one, am glad less people are playing.

A lot of people are on vacation, Julian included.

The lobby never experienced such a drastic dip in the past, and so it would be fair to assume the season has very little to do with it.

I know I wouldn't have made an account on a shifty looking website before even trying it out in the first place, but that's just me.
