Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

So, I was browsing the internet, when I found this. When I clicked it, I first thought, "Oh, cool! I found an original version of the EE forums! I didn't know there was an original version!" So, I wanted to check out a little more; I registered. Then, things got weird. It asks you what your Builder's Club number is. This arouses so many questions. The two I'm pondering the most are "Is this new? Or old, and updated?" and "Is this a secret forum that I shouldn't even know about?" If anyone knows about this forum, please do reply.
Edit: I checked the post dates, and the latest is December 29, 2012. So, it's updated. Oh, and the only name I've recognized is Chris' name! I don't know anyone else. :O
Edit 2: Wait, I just recognized two of my friends, and they're not very high-up people. I guess this isn't secret.

It looks like that was created when this was down.
Hm, I guess it makes sense. Not much work was put into the GUI, none of the moderators seems good at their job and I haven't seen a real mod on it.
That was created when this forum went down for a bit a while ago.
The Chris there isn't the creator of EE.
I remember its announced in EE blog...
Yeah, alt forum.
Yep i've been on that forum before...
I think it got made when this forum was down, or just another forum for whenever.

Yeah, I was desperate for some forums, so I checked that, and boy were there spambots galore. They were everywhere.
I eventually joined rawr-whatever, but then the forums came back to life.
That forum had pictures of rusty hooks inside, um hmmmmm how do I avoid a warning here, hmmmmmmmmmmm, ummmmm, urrrrrrrrr, ummmmmmmmmmmm, I ... I think ...... no that wouldn't work .... umm well it had a gif of someone cutting off their ummmmm ..... you know things .... under their thing ..... and another gif of a knife going into another thing.
Meh a mod can just snippy it.
Links to that forum will be banned from here until they get cleaned up.
