Farewell - another veteran gone

Hello everyone,
I wish you all good for the future and fun in Everybody Edits.
Yes, I am leaving EE behind as someone thought it is good to suspend my gaming account - yes MrShoe just bans another veteran for no reason nor has he the balls to answer any email to explain the reasoning behind this act.

Often enough I contacted our EE Admins regarding the legitimacy of my maps and never got a negative respond - for more than 2 years no.
Often enough I pumped money into EE just to see someone suspending my account.
Maybe MrShoe answers my email soon or not. Up to him as I am highly interested in the builders club monthy subscription - and he is propably interested in my money BUT NO, he seemingly is not.

Wait, did you seriously get banned? That's incredibly stupid and ridiculously outrageous and wow. I guess there's no use crying over spilled milk, however. If you do manage to become unbanned, would you return to EE? Anyway, good-bye, I suppose.

Someone said that he is coming back in january. Because he hasn't even removed my BC.
But it's weird because someone have touched the game. Maybe it's chris? Or maybe it's MrShoe that touched the game, but don't give a damn to the emails.

Dude, are you crazy, you can't simply quit after this? guys WTH?! this has to STOP ! this could happen to anyone and its not fair to simply ban someone or lock their accounts without a reason! we should be united and make ourselves heard!

Also BETA should appear in everyone's profile!

On vacantion or not or who it really doesn't matter. If it was for his eccentric art levels they should warn him first not simply delete all his levels. There are users who did worst things to EE and none got banned yet even if is an old user they simply ban him without a reason it sucks and this simply won't end here!

Actually, most games and pretty much anything can do whatever they damn well please and there are in fact disclaimers in times like these. There's even one on the forums. We have no rights. Life isn't fair. We typically rely on moderators or admins to be fair and exercise their power with caution. We're pretty much helpless, since this is the internet and we can't throw a revolt.

Helvi was most likely banned due to his art, which IS in fact art and not inappropriate content. There's a difference between inappropriate content and artistic nudity, and Helvi's has always fallen into the latter category.
HOWEVER, I guess whoever banned him either doesn't recognize that there is a difference or decided they didn't really care either way. He probably should have at least been warned.

Since we have decided that Julian obviously can't do any work on ee whatsoever while on vacation, let's see who could have possible banned him:
- someone who hacked the database
- Chris
- RPGMaster2000
- Toby
- Cyclone
- Julian [we must cover all bases]
- Peter?

RPGMaster is probably not one to ban Helvi since he is at least familiar with him and also he hasn't even been seen in a while. A hacker is unlikely. Chris is a possibility. Toby is slightly unlikely. Cyclone is slightly more unlikely than Toby but not as unlikely as RPGMaster, and I don't even know if Peter has banning powers or not.
So it could have either been Chris or Julian, and since Julian is the most active we are probably okay in assuming it was him. No guarantees.

It's a delicate situation, and I suppose we'll have to wait until Julian gets back to spam his e-mail en masse and also start a petition.

there is no such thing like a disclaimer for EE. Never was and never will.

My maps? He could have issued warning and asked to delete them but he did not. In fact, another player is gone just like many others. Seen the lobby recently? 700 at prime time, it used to be 1400 at certain times.

He introduced the BC in order to "see more fine and original maps" and give everyone the ability to do so. Why does he suspend someone who fits into this category?

Life is not fair, tell me about it, this doesn't mean we can't burst when someone is throwing your 3 years work and money to the garbage. This could happen to anyone and just because there are no rules to stop it doesn't mean we have to shut up and not revolt and try to change something.

I can't imagine Helvi's anger and how does he feel,   instead of warning him they simply delete all, its really stupid, if I knew this is the direction this game is going I wouldn't join it for the world.
  This was supposed to be a free game, after there is money involved the users should have at least some basic rights and rules to know what they can do and not, to be warned like on forums, to know if he wants to invest in this game or not and know what to expect. Its   preposterous to come with "local" rules made by "ear" without treating everyone equal.

Weren't your levels always popular in the lobby, with suggestive names? It's hard to imagine that MrShoe 'discovered' your art levels only now.
If there's going to be a petition, please add a part about adding official rules in EE. It's contradicting.

BTW Helvi, do you have a screen of the you-are-suspended screen, or is it just a " " "normal" " " ban screen? I'm kinda curious about that.

From a transfer long ago when I bought beta? It is not that I spend money on a monthly base but I wanted to get another round of BC after trial expired
