Sick of it all. Why does it have to be this way? ;o;

A worried note by a veteran player:
Hello. I am an old player. I started playing two years ago. Many people from the old community may recognise me. Today I came onto EE to see if it had gotten any better; it hasn't. But what really upsets me is: the developers have screwed this game up so far, the whole of the old community has left. How do I know this? One of them told me. As if by chance, just after I came on, an old user came on, whose name? Lirum. He explained everything. Why did this have to happen? ;-; ;o; ;?; ;O;

If you delete this message, it just shows how heartless this community has become. I want to know the answers first. I used to love this game, and now look what it has become. I never thought that I would miss the community this much, but, like they say, you hardly miss something until you no longer have it.

You know I just want to point out one thing.

Although I normally do not advocate for peace, because being dramatic is what I do, let me say this.

Just because the game has been filled with horrible updates does not change the fact that you still have all the old blocks. You can just as easily make a level using only the older blocks if you so wished, and guest bomb it like the old days.

The only thing that is stopping this community is growing is the people who whine about every single little miniscule detail of the games expansion.

Stop whining, start building.

I agree with some of this.   However, there are some things I think are worth complaining about, such as the new magic coin system.   People swarm to coin collector levels and if you barely have any coins, or no coins, your level doesn't stand much of a chance.   I'd rather have 200 energy again and have levels like before new magic than have my class 12 400 energy now.   I rarely see any minis or bosses now.   We're given 5 woots to give to levels every day but I usully only use 3 or less as levels have gotten worse.

Other then that, bring back normal BETA access.   Then I think a lot of us will be happy.   Though there are still many who complain about any addition to the game (spikes to replace death portals, which ends up being 70% cheaper, yet people complain about spike price for example).

Actually, the REAL problem is that the lobby never changes. We've played all of the levels on the lobby like 3 days ago and we're already bored of the lobby bad enough we can quit the game.

Ok look, if you want your level to get plays use a guest bomb! Nothing is stopping you from putting yourself out there. People don't flock to "coin levels", they flock to whatever shows up in the top of the lobby list, however they sort it, although I presume the majority of users sort by current amount of users online.

It's not Chris that's given up on us, it's us that have given up on Chris. By this I mean, it's so easy to place the blame on the people who make the game, but the only real antagonist in this situation is the community. I'm not gonna yell or lecture people for not making good levels, but unless you are actually gonna do something about then stop whining.

Each and every player here who makes a complaint about the horrid lobby has the option to make something better. Don't just sit here and whine, do something about it. If you think it's so bad then show me what you want, I want to see what you have to offer. If you have nothing to offer than why are you here.

Now I understand not everyone is fit to build levels, everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but jeez I'm tired of hearing about how bad everything is. If you want something to change, than change it.

Yes I agree with your opinion on beta, but what do you expect from Chris huh? I've tried talking with Julian, I really have, but he's stubborn. I cannot change that.

Every game turns into a cash fest. Every single one. Tyrant... remember the good old days of getting 25 WB in crates every other day?
In fact, by now every MMO online has greedy devs. They start by making a nice game, a couple people pay, and they say, 'Hey, if we ramp up the prices, we get more money, right?'
It's too bad that it had to happen to this game.

Since you have been inactive for 2 years it only natural that most of the users you knew have stopped playing, you can hardly blame that on the changes. Krubby is right about not many people leaving because of changes, the only one I can recall is Helvi and that was because he was forced to.

Well, not everyone but basically everyone who left after builder's club was added left because they didn't think it was fair that "we worked so hard to get and now anyone can get it", despite the fact that it costs money now while they got for free. The real reason they're upset is just because they don't want everyone to get a chance to have things because then they (the quitters) wouldn't have anything special. Basically, they're selfish hipsters.

Eversince Chris became an inactive noob and hired Peter Julian, the game has been happy, until his updates started to become useless, worthless bores, starting the loss of community.
Then comes Builders Club...
All that crap we old-timers always worked hard to get with energy.
"Pay me 12 bucks for practically everything in the game!"

No of your opinions matter because you people are not money. They can add whatever they like just as long as it gives a bigger profit.

Probably the only reason the ranks and rpg elements have been added is because of a drop in the number of players, because the community hasn't produced anything interesting in a long time, nothing which would grab the attention of an uncreative 8 year old.

If you want something to change go raid the game or something, grab their attention.

I must say, that the people here saying that the community hasn't left, well... the imagination sure has. Close to none, if any, of the creative levels that actually have a POINT. And actually, MOST of the community actually HAS left. Do you find any crew levels anymore? Not unless you go on someone's profile. First, they added decoration colors to the map, then they removed them. And the constant refresh of the page makes minigames a lag problem for me (and very likely others). You want to see who has left? just go through the topic graveyard. The problem of people leaving a topic when they decided to leave the game spammed up the forums so bad they actually had to ask people to either leave quietly, or just post in one topic.

I'm not going to delete this, but I have gotten rather apathetic to all the complaining topics. It got old eight months ago, when MrShoe joined. Ever since then it's just been nonstop complaining and drama.

Realistically, the only thing that has "ruined" the game is maybe the several physics changes. I wouldn't mind complaints if they didn't exaggerate passive updates to colossal failures and claim MrShoe is never good enough whilst completely overlooking the good updates and the fact he is only human, not a demigod like Persson or Zuckerberg.

Since change isn't your thing, maybe you should go play EpicGrayBrickWorld with epicstonemason. I'm sure he's getting lonely.
