Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Okay, here's the story.
I've been wanting some gems to buy New Years smiley for quite awhile now, but have never actually done it. I finally started, and ended up with 15 gems. I got lucky an found an 11 gem super reward offer, but it never came through. Well, I contacted Julian about it, hoping he would do it for me. A couple of days ago, he responded to my letter. Right after he responded, I had 5 gems.
Find this suspicious?
I thought of sending an e-mail but then I thought about something like this happening.
I find it odd how chat is disabled "because of da kids!" yet there are these offers that mostly don't work and ask you to download stuff, possibly viruses. Kids want gems to get stuff and don't know about all the bad things they could be downloading. They also ask for personal information. Why the hell do they need my zip code and phone number? I just fake it. Damn creeps.

^ another great point refuting the cost of chat.
MrShoe and Chris both can add gems or decrease gems on accounts, what did he say in his reply?

Hi Crastopher
I can see that you have some pending gems from superrewards, but unfortunatly there is nothing we can do from here.
Try and open the superrewards page and click "Get help" in the upper left corner (below "Buy Gems"). Here you will see a list of pending gems. If they keep not being accepted, try to contact superrewards.
I hope this helps!
I have done 2 13 gem offers. They are all fakes, Installing Iminet-adware and Yontoo-virus.
Never do those offers.

Yes, go away from that!
Seems like chris:

Has everybody's gems to edit
Yeeeaaahhh.
Nah but seriously though, he might just not have time to give you gems because there are other people who paid for gems too.
Why does everyone complain about Super Reward? It has always worked fine for me. Maybe because no one has used anything like Super Rewards before, whereas I have used it countless times before I even joined EE. You have to wait for the gems to arrive, they don't come immediately. It does say to allow a couple of days.
People also talk about downloading viruses. Well Super Rewards have a handful of offers by downloading. They had to choose which ones to put up as an offer. Obviously they would not choose a virus download and they would be careful.
As for ZIP and phone number, it depends what kind of offer. If it is a download then it shouldn't ask for anything like that. If it is something like "WIN IPAD 2" then of course you have to submit your details and because it will most likely be 18+, you need to confirm your age with your ZIP.
thx for sig bobithan

If it's anything like "Win IPAD 2" or any "awesome" download then you should just ignore it and don't even bother with details. Free gems though would seem more legit then free minecraft account in my opinion counting on how minecraft is a lot more popular then EE.
How did this turn to this? And by the way, the topic was made for the sake of I lost gems when I contacted Julian instead of gained them.
Oh, by the way, about viruses:
Toolbars and other download offers ? are they safe?
Toolbars and other download offers may trigger a warning message in your anti-virus/malware software. These programs not only flag viruses but also third-party cookies which the advertisers use to track your completion of the offers. Review the message from your anti-virus/malware software and you will see that it is simply a warning. You do not need to be alarmed. We assure you that none of the offers displayed by Super Rewards contain viruses.

"Why does everyone complain about Super Rewards"
I don't think I've heard anyone ever mention it besides a topic or two posted here about it.
One day I spent about an hour completing offers. I did everything it told me to, word for word. I had completed about 120 or so gems worth of offers.
I wait a couple days.
15 gems earned. Months later, still no more gems.
AWWWWWWWWWW YEAH

Oh, thank you for posting that! I would never have guessed! Thanks for staying relevant and appropriate to the topic.
It is completely, and 100% relevant and appropriate to the topic, I don't know what you're referring to.
*coughhighlitethepostbrocough* Damn, must have something in caught in my throat.
EDIT: your post was actually kindof irrelevant to the topic, not that I'm going to go tell on you or anything.... Just pointing out
