HAS THERE BEEN A REARANGEMENT IN THE SMILEY CHOICE LIST?

I don't know if its just me but who else has noticed that the smiley choice list has changed, I know the smiley magic class thing on the blog, but im magic class 10 so I should have all smileys anyway.

I know im not the only one:

Does anyone else have this?

I think MrShoe said that all old smileys (smileys from previous updates, contest smileys, wizards and witch ect ) you need to be magic class 6 to use them. But I cant confirm that. :/

I have one account at class 1 so I can see the required class for each smiley. The requirements aren't only 6, some smileys only need to be class 2, others 3, 4 and 5.
Now on the smiley list the highest class smiley are on teh bottom and the least class smileys are on the top of the list.

The only good news I can find from this is that my two favorite smileys, winter hat and bully, are now right next to each other, making it easy for me to choose.
