The trophy block is a ?world completed? block, any player touching this has completed the world and will be sent back to the lobby, with a congratulations and an option to woot the world.

As a new player you start out with a small selection of smileys. To get more smileys to choose from you can buy them in the ?Energy store?.

What's an "energy store"?

This is really... not good.

1.) Do not connect to Everybody Edits server with anything but the official Everybody Edits clients. If a user connects to Everybody Edits with a client that is either abusive or disruptive to Everybody Edits or other users, that user will be banned.
Users building and using alternative clients which are found to enhance or improve the gameplay will not be banned.

Bots banned - Yes or No??!

2.) you may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, send or otherwise recirculate Everybody Edits material to a third party without the written consent of Everybody Edits.

What's with the facebook smilies? (C) Everybody Edits because they took them?!

So this is it. Everybody Edits started as a game WITH NO RULES and EQUAL TO ALL PLAYERS. Now: Builders Club, Terms and Conditions and, of course, MONEY. So to say it here again, GOODBYE EE. Take your money from newbs paying for builders club because they want pro worlds---.

The only thing I'm upset about is the whole four month thing. Things like Ex Crew's levels will be gone as well. Other than that, I'm happy with these rules.

FAKE. I buyed like... umm.... yeah yeahh 50 gems and i didnt got them.... (well, i actually did but i got to email Mrnub)

Wait, if we haven't played for 4 months, MrShoe is allowed to terminate/ban our account? That seems like another bs way of making us have to play EE.
We are not allowed to share our emails. How will we add friends?

I am happy with everything else. About time there is a rules page in EE.

User Generated Worlds and Other Material

In this agreement you give Everybody Edits the right, without special compensation, to publish the Worlds, Games and Material you make for an unlimited time throughout the world on the internet, on TV or any other medium. Thus you give Everybody Edits the right to use, copy, present, reproduce, display, edit, integrate, license as well as distribute the Games and Material which you have created, for both commercial and noncommercial use.

However, at the time of writing we have no plans for publishing the user generated material any other places than in Everybody Edits. Or maybe the blog.

What if they make a album with musics that people did with the music package and sell it? You can't do anything about it, following that. They can get money at your cost and you can't do anything about it.

Getting your account banned for being inactive for 4 months is a bit harsh....   I mean, what about Shyguy (using him as an example).   He owns a bunch of MG maps, and he hasn't been on in a really long time.   If MrShoe kicked him, that is a lot of work, that multiple people contributed to.   IT should be around a year of inactivity, before it gets shut off.   If he doesn't, then I'd strongly urge him to severely decrease the cost of maps, for a time, so that several months of work is not lost (I definitely, don't want to spend all that time, missing out on updates, to save a couple maps, that's a lot of work, for not even being to use those maps for my own creations.)

They are not gonna ban you for being inactive..   It states that after your four months of activity, they can do what they want such as deactivate your account..   Its nothing more than a safegaurd.

Rights to Everybody Edits Material

You may not use any of Everybody Edits material, such as avatars, blocks, images, logos, icons, audio files etc. for commercial purposes outside of the Everybody Edits website. This means   that you may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, send or otherwise recirculate Everybody Edits material to a third party without the written consent of Everybody Edits. You may not change, revise or replace any of the material found in the game or website, either in its entirety or parts thereof.

This includes making and/or distributing alternative clients that connect to the Everybody Edits server or an alternative server. One exception to this rule are clients that help players create better gaming experiences for other players, also known as ?bots?. These should be celebrated. However, any ?bot? that the Everybody Edits team find abusive in any way or find is disruptive to the game experiences is not allowed. But if your are making a blog, a forum or a youtube video, which is non-commercial, we certainly don?t mind fair use of our assets.

This is hilarious. It says not to use any EE blocks/avatars etc. for commercial purposes, when they OBVIOUSLY took the Facebook smileys and specific Mario blocks.

But will these mean something to mine and N1KF's texture packs for MC?

The graphics they've made themselves are off-limits, unless granted permission to use.

Wow, come on! Does that mean all of the worlds made by the people who I knew and quit are gone? All the memories of them will get sucked into a dark oblivion? Any little dribble of hope of having them come back... I usually open all of the people who I want them to come back to EE in a bunch of different tabs, and then I do other stuff. And it actually worked like 20 times! Zia12 <3 But since Mr. sHOE started showing up on their rugs, they've all backed off of EE for awhile and now their accounts will be banned! ME DOES NOT LIKE DAT >:C !!!

you know the account from the guys wich quit before the tos CANT get deleted?
they never accepted the tos, and by the way - in europe its illegal to force someone after he bought something in the "game"/other stuff to accept terms? steam got trouble because of that too

No, because the first rule is related with abusive/disruptive unofficial EE clients, like modified/hacked bots that allow people to cheat, and the second rule is related with unofficial EE clients that enchance/improve gameplay, like Yo!Scroll, or Ex Crew Shift, etc.
