U cant open it cuz its a cursor...
Just set it as cursor and it will work

HOW? I right click it and there's only open with, send at, cut out, copy, create nexus, delete, rename, and properties. ( I have a german PC, so this is probably not the correct translation)

Go to mouse in control Panel, The rest should be guessable.

i hope you mean everybody edits. this is off topic, but ill answer your question anyways. next time make a topic in the questions and answers section instead of posting in a random topic. everybody edits is a game where a whole bunch of 12 year olds make the same levels over and over while the developers team gives us updates we dont want. you can make your own worlds, but 90% of the levels in the game arent worth playing.
