If your vote is below than 50, then you shouldn't even play this game.
Mine is 75.   It would be 80, but the Builders Club, like many others brought it down.

35% at max, I only play it for crew levels and seeing who's online in my friend list.

I liked EE 90%
BC: 90 -> 50
One month free BC: 50 -> 35
MrShoe ended my BC subscribtion: 35 -> 45
Good levels in EE: 45 -> 60
So thats 60%
Without BC it still would be ~90%

I like EE 85% At first(To note this starts when it is just created),
Updates, Updates, Updates! 85->105
Extra addition(Beta addition) 105 -> 90
Beta extension (Block, Beta Only world, etc.) 90 -> 50
Energy, username, accounts! 50 --> 60
New year 2010, Christmas 2010 missed 60 -> 45
Long time no update... 45 -> 25

Back, my friends leaving for the beta 25 -> 10
Bunch of stuff until MrShoe comes 10 -> 5 -> 20 -> 50
Frequent Updates 50 -> 45
Friends chatting! 45 -> 70
Potions 70 -> 69
Woot, New magic coin system! 69 -> 75
Builder pack 75 -> 5
Builder pack only block 5 -> -5
Hazards ?! -5 -> 0

So.. As you notices how it goes from 105% to -5%.
