What's with you and surveys? I didn't say anything on the other topic, but I couldn't stand how biased and terribly worded your questions were.

I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't think your phrasing allows for accurate results.

Also, I think that you should make it four questions, with the last one being "do you think $3 is worth the gems AND chat" so as to include those that do in fact want the gems.

I'm sure Julian will take one look at the results of this amazingly put-together survey, realize how much of the entire EE community is represented in this, and immediately give chat to everyone. I'm glad we can accomplish so much with these fantastic surveys.

I already have chat and I really don't care about those who don't have it.

It's because the survey is biased.

Instead of "Do you agree that..." it should be "Do you think that..."
Most All of the questions seem to be against paid chat. With surveys such as these you have to be as neutral as possible.

Also the statement at the bottom just adds to how biased it is.

Bobithan is right, but other than the bias there's not much else wrong with it.

And Terence, do you even know the point of the survey? Surveys collect opinions to be analysed and then given as a statistic which implies a fact. For example, 9 in 10 people want free chat, so from that we can say that most people of EE want free chat. Of course it's not 100% true but it's used like that. For anything.

And for the first and last question i put no; I liked the old 1 cent chat. It was secure and   didn't have too many disadvantages.

The reason why it was made more expensive was because many parents thought it was a scam to get personal information. Many more players are able to chat now that the price has risen. I do not think that the survey takes their thoughts into consideration.
