Look at his name, it's offensive!   And it'll be hard to get proof, as I never see him.   But whenever I do, he goes "YU FK FACE Y U ALIVE U NEVER GET LAID".   I'll go hunting for him now.

The only thing the name warrants is a name change, I'm afraid. For him to be banned, I will need some form of evidence considering that it's not a shared account, as far as we know.

Well, he was in my chat and stalked our forums. He continuously uses a proxy to sign up if he gets banned.

He admitted in my chat, that's all I can say.
