That's not hacking, just funny client changes or cheats.
Don't report them, they just found a way to have fun on the new EE.

Well, was it really a hack? It could have been a bot or something, maybe even a glitch. Please in the future don't accuse hackers in the general discussion, email Mr. Shoe or another moderator.
