EE themed competetions and stuff (Idea)

I'd love if we (EE players) made this kind of event on the forums where we made different EE releated competitions, like best EE fan arts or best EE stories, or maybe EE level competitios too. And then we could give unoffical "medals" or something like that for best players, minimakers, artists, etc.
And more that kind of stuff.

I'm not sure can I explain this any better but I hope you get what I mean. Anyone else interested in to making this?

That sounds like a fun idea.   As a member of the community that never got to participate in any of the actual competitions, I am always looking on the forums for new competitions to enter.  

One idea is that we kind of make a "group" out of all the competitions held on the forums to regulate and guide them.   This would allow us to make sure the competitions were maintained and for us to keep a record of all the contestants, entries, and winners.

So basically: yes, I'm interested in making this.

Well, considering one competition on the forums has almost started, and is very well-explained and proper, I don't think it'll be too far off into the future before we see some more. I suppose I am for the idea of user-created contests as long as they are full-realized and clear to understand.

Yes, is an good idea but mods are to busy to do something like this, so how you think is go to work?

Yes, is an good idea but mods are to busy to do something like this, so how you think is go to work?

Are you saying that the most popular users will win, not the most talented?
It is possible, and there is always bias from judges when it comes to contests, but I think that will not be a problem here...

It is possible, and there is always bias from judges when it comes to contests, but I think that will not be a problem here...

Now I have time to explain more about my original idea. If you have idea or if you think some of my ideas are bad post it below

So I thought that we could make like many small competetions, and by small I mean that you only send one entry and then everyone and/or judges choose the best ones. For example an EE fan art competition, you make one fan art (like you had to make to get ultimate fan smiley), and send it as an entry to the competition. Then whoever chooses the best ones. Then best ones can be viewed somewhere and also the ones which didn't win, but in a different place.

There could be these kind of competitions: EE fan art competition, EE story competition, some short EE level competitions, your own EE graphic competitions (People should have to make theit own block/smiley graphics with paint or something). Maybe EE animation contest, or EE meme contest? Something like this

Then there could be some prices, for example you'd get something to add into your signature.

Ofcourse these different competitions woulnd't be exactly the same time, but it'd be nice if they were part of the same thing because then we could make a place (Maybe a website) where you could look at all of the entries and see cool EE stuff people have made

Enough of the competitions, I'd also like to have this kind of "hall of fame" thing with best EE artists, players, minimakers, musicians, most creative level makers, etc.
Chosen by everyone and/or judges.

Then if we make this kind of thing we ofcourse have to make an awesome name for it, which symbolizes the creativity, playing skills, great sense of humor, kindness, courage, happiness, sadness, love, hate and good spirit of the EE community and it has to sound cool.

I have now writen 1761 letters about this thing and I am tired. Now go and post your ideas here, fast! Do you think this is a good idea? Do you think people will be happy with this? What could be done better? What can be done worst?

And again, i know that this has happened in the past, but there's still not enough going on for it to actually influence people, especially with MrShoe being a butt and not caring anyways.
