Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Most people don't know this at the moment, I think this is being made behind-the-scenes.
But, recently, Player.IO is working together with Yahoo, quite a big corporation...
Currently, they are working on a Steam (gaming software/industry) integration together.
They haven't revealed this to the public yet, though.
I'd reveal proofs but if their code is in beta-testing and is flawed, I don't want to uncover security holes.
So, this brings forth the possibility of EE possibly having Steam support!
What do you guys think about this?

I think that it should be a great addition to the game for many users use Steam. Great find!

Sounds like a good way to make EE's popularity grow.

That's probably why they're doing this. If they are making EE steam supported...
There's no confirmation of EE being supported by it, but it is being developed in Player.IO.

YES! If this happens, EE might get the feeling like it was before, "THE SHOE" came! It might hype the average online rate back to the thousands, that would be really exciting
Hmm... Maybe That's why they hired a terrible moderator for EE...

I doubt MrShoe has anything to do with this, it was most likely Yahoo's advice.

W...Why? Perhaps other, bigger Player-IO projects, but EE seems neither big enough (community wise) nor big enough (game feature/scope wise) to really benefit or even fit on Steam.
I hate tall signatures.

This is totally true. I've also discovered this in 2012, but only in the XML documentation of the PlayerIOClient. Anyway, as Yahoo have bought PlayerIO, I don't think that there will be many client DLL updates. I heard that they "kill" startups.
(Finally, something Atilla knew about after me >:D)

I only knew about it a few days ago when I noticed it in the bridges.
Still neat, however.

I hope PlayerIO works also in the performance of the clients.
Or am I the only one who has laggs in EE?
Maybe is my PC just too slow...
Anyways, I think the "golden times of EE" are gone, maybe will some more people come...
I saw today morning 83 people online.. some more couldn't be bad.
I noticed yahoo acquired them a while ago... this could be good, or bad. These "new" players will see most of current levels, and possibly proceed to make more of them.
Player Since 2011. I used to make bots and stuff.

I don't really want new players, I like our small community that we have now.

Maybe good for playerio. But who want to buy this game on steam?
Always nice to to be a level to buy a smiley, then you lose that level and get pwned.
All nice players and the old game are gone. I don't play this game as much as I did when EX Crew was alive and we made some nice worlds. But now it's more crap levels than it was back in the time. I have seen some awesome worlds. But still more worthless worlds out there.
And since people can make bad edited clients there is no hope for this game.
