MineEdits Version 5

I created the old topic back in the first version.   Not only is that topic dead, however it is also very outdated.   This also gives me a chance for some feedback.   Many people do like the client, so if you hate it, please know that there are some supporters.

Anyways, since MineEdits's site was removed due to the whole "bots" sherades, I will be remaking the site.   I will be using a .tk domain, plus will not be using weebly.   I'll have a wordpress blog, forum and all that stuff to increase user interactivity on the site itself, and not on youtube, and this site.   So expect less announcements in this   thread, but on the website.

This also gives me a chance to work extensivly on the client.   I want to get custom username colors for people who I choose, maybe I'll add a chipin, although I am not sure the legality of that, since it is still using someones work.   Please tell me any concerns for that.   People who I like/help me/contribute could in the future get a custom username to people who play MineEdits.

I wanted to do this when the site first closed, however the hack crap made it delayed, and I am afraid I might delay it more, as I am not sure if it is all over yet.   I'm still changing how I browse the internet so this doesn't happen again in the future, so I hope this doesn't happen again.   Back on topic,   When I get this thing back into update schedual, I'll be taken open submissions.   If you want your suggestion to be in the game, your chance is now.   Thank you for making this project possible, because with out you, I wouldn't have the motivation to keep the client running.   Thank you.

The popup that displays on the ME Page is just a notice that it uses EE accounts, so you are not missing out if you don't want to enable popups.
Version 5 will be released either tommorow or latter day.

Feel free to watch pixelcore.tk ..   I plan to blog about stuff there, aslong with MineEdits plans, so remeber to check it out!

It is not done.
I shall give everyone what to expect:

-News Letters!
-Popup (HTML Popup) change logs.   One in EE is just not extensive enough.   (You will need to enable popups for the site tho..)

That is all I have worked on tonight.
Tommorow, I want to be finished with getting the client set up and working.

As for the newsletter, I want to send one out atleast once a week giving updates and stuff.
I've sent out the test email, and it works like a charm.

NEXT TASK -   To get Newsletter working with host, make sure the host agrees with it, then to get it live.   I also want to fix bugs in the snapshot.

I started playing it. also one of my great world is now named minedits. gonna finish that map.

Minecraft calls buggy versions that are not offical "Snapshots".. I like to think of these the same.   Whenever a new "vs.X" comes out, I like to take my time and improve features.   Then, when everything looks good, I release it as an official, and release VS.x."X" versions..

Sorry if it seems it is too confusing.

MineEdits Version 5.2 is coming out tommorow.   Newsletter is coming out today, for anyone interested to sign up.

Yes, I used a premade newsletter sender, Too lazy to figure out how to code one up.
You might get a few errors, but it still seems to work for me.

I'll be using newsletters to keep in contact.

With the excitement of timed doors finally being released, who knows what Im going to skin it.
I need suggestions!
