Codex2o2 is a hacker

Codex2o2 is a hacker because he hacked the code in my world I kept changing it but he still managed to get the code then I kicked him but he didn't get kicked and I spelled his name right also I typed the command right,also he has teleport hacks because he was in blocks and was able to get out of it
