How to make smileys with paint [TUTORIAL]

Alright,not many people make smileys,probably because they don't know how or don't have photo-shop.

Smileys are possible to make in the simple-est program [PAINT]

Every computer has paint,so anyone can make smileys.
1. The smiley needs to be 16 x 16 . . . So use this image :

You have a blank smiley,and a regular smiley face.

[If you want to merge smiley's , find the topic with all the smileys , copy them and start making]

[If   you are merging smiley's , you can use a mouth of some smiley,and add it to the blank,but if you want to be original,start making by yourself.]

2.The smiley next to the blank is a regular smiley face   , the mouth's strongest color is a dark brown,use that color to make the regular mouth line.

3.If you are going to make sad eyes, instead of the eyes looking like this :

Make them look like this:

4.For the mouth shading use the color around the mouth on the regular
smiley.
5.When your done with the smiley,re-size it so the regular smiley isn't there anymore,just the smiley you made.
EDIT: I have nothing agains't dark days program,but here,you can make your own hat design's ( YOU DO NOT NEED TO START WITH SOME SMILEY, YOU CAN START WITH A BLANK )

Some people do not like to download programs that they're not reliable in.

+ It feels better when you make a smiley with work,not that automatic thingy. . .

EDIT: Anybody can make smileys with that . . .

Anybody can do it, so why make it more complicated?

Because some people do not like downloading programs -.- ( Some people are really afraid to download anything ) Just because they think they will get a virus,who knows,maybe that is even possible!!!Paint has no viruses,because its a software that comes with the operating system itself

Well, actually you don't really need to download it, but anyways, nice guide. I stopped doing them when... well, I got bored of it. When you put some other things, this could be stickied.

It's not really even a program. It's a .swf file just like everybody edits. If it were an .exe, there might be room for concern, but that's not the case.

I tried that swf for like thirty seconds and it got boring. Guess thats not my thing.

It's not just mix and match. It includes a paint tool. Plus it includes a feature that paint doesn't: opacity(alpha).

That's cool. I just didn't want you to think it was just some mix and match thing.

Ummm. You can start with a blank smiley. But whatever, it doesn't really matter.
