I can enter a world and i play for 3 minutes or more, then everyone stops mving, i cant change anything and then i get auto kicked from it, wtf!

It's most likely your computer D/C ing because of lag or something.
I never get D/C'd but some people do get D/C'd a lot.

usually a d/c or to many peoply playing in the room so it auto kicks the whole room
